*Please note:  If you are shipping to a remote area, we may not be able to provide 1-2 day delivery service for you.  If this occurs, we will contact you before proceeding to let you know how long your order will take to arrive.
 
Not sure when you should order?
If you're not sure when to order your cookies for a future delivery date, place your order ahead of time and enter the requested delivery date under special instructions.  We will bake and ship your  cookies to arrive on your requested date. (Available on future orders only. Please ensure you are meeting the minimum order deadlines)
 
Shipping Information
In order for your cookies to arrive as fresh as possible we have implemented the following shipping policies:
 
Orders to Ontario and Quebec are shipped Monday to Thursday (Business Days Only) to prevent cookies from sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend. 

Orders to all other provinces are shipped Monday to Wednesday (Business Days Only) to prevent cookies from sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend. 

Processing times are as follows: 
ONTARIO/QUEBEC
Orders received by 4pm EST Sunday are processed and shipped Monday. (Business Days Only). 
Orders received by 9pm EST Monday-Wednesday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the next day. 
Orders received after 9pm Wednesday and before 4pm Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday (business days only)
Christmas orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume.

ALL OTHER PROVINCES
Orders received by 4pm EST Sunday are processed and shipped the next day.  Orders received by 9pm EST Monday and Tuesday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the next day. 
Orders received after 9pm Wednesday and before 4pm Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday (business days only)
Christmas orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume.

Orders are shipped to arrive within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination, please see our order page for specific timing.
