How to track your package: 
1) Click on the link below
2) Enter your tracking # provided by Canpar (starts with a "D", "S", or "U"
3) If requested, enter this shipper number 42905012
Please remember that Canpar updates their tracking information each day after midnight.  eg.  You ordered a basket February 2nd to be delivered February 3rd in Toronto.  Even though your basket may be delivered, you will have to wait until the morning of February 4th to verify what time it was delivered and who signed for it.

Orders to Ontario and Quebec are shipped Monday to Thursday (Business Days Only) to prevent cookies sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend. 

Orders to all other provinces are shipped Monday to Wednesday (Business Days Only) to prevent cookies sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend. 

Processing times are as follows: 
ONTARIO/QUEBEC
Orders received by 9pm EST Monday-Wednesday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the next day. 
Orders received after 9pm Wednesday will be processed and shipped on Monday (business days only)
Christmas orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume.

ALL OTHER PROVINCES
Orders received by 9pm EST Monday and Tuesday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the next day. 
Orders received after 9pm Tuesday will be processed and shipped on Monday (business days only)

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number from our shipper Canpar.  You will need this number to track your package
