Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated email(automan2000@canpar.com), from our shipper Canpar, with your tracking number. You will need this number to track your package

Orders to Ontario and Quebec are shipped Monday to Thursday (Business Days Only) to prevent cookies sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend. 

Orders to all other provinces are shipped Monday to Wednesday (Business Days Only) to prevent cookies sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend. 

Processing times are as follows: 
ONTARIO/QUEBEC
Orders received by 9pm EST Monday-Wednesday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the next day. 
Orders received after 9pm Wednesday will be processed and shipped on Monday (business days only)
Christmas orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume.

ALL OTHER PROVINCES
Orders received by 9pm EST Monday and Tuesday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the next day.
